Package Items
Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all QR codes, labels, and protective hardware are included.
Ship the Parcel
Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to the exterior of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
